For this self portrait assignment, I wanted to show my creative side. I am really into art and music and that is what I wanted to show in this picture. I was deciding which pose to choose from because on my camera there is a timer which also allows me to take multiple shots. I chose this picture because I wanted to have more of a facial expression. I took this picture in my room because i have a big window which allows a lot of light to come in and my walls are painted white. I also wanted to use Photoshop to show that it is also something I enjoy doing. The only problem I encountered was that some shots were not in focus. I liked this assignment because I got to show my creative side and express myself.

Hi Deep,
I really like the effect you put on your wall, and the contrast with your self-portrait is fantastic. The reason being is that if we look at the background, it has this zen and flow to it. But it contrast next to your facial expression. So it definitely makes us want to look at it.
Be careful with the loss of details in your highlights. Otherwise great job!
